It also features elastic cuffs and an open bottom. Great for the elements as it is water-resistant and machine washable! PLEASE NOTE: THIS ITEM NO LONGER HAS A DRAWSTRING ON THE BOTTOM HEM, AS IT DID IN PREVIOUS VERSIONS.
